Once approved, a member of our staff will reach out to you for payment. Our only form of payment currently is to mail or drop off a check, or you can provide us credit card information either by phone or in person.

After paid, the inspector will be reaching out to you to schedule an inspection of the property. If any violations currently exists at that time, you will be required to provide a derelict building plan showing a specific timeline for repairs.
