No Dumpster/Container permit shall exceed thirty (30) days unless approved by the Director of Engineering Department.

Provisions and Signature

Type I or Type II lighted barricades must be placed at the front and rear of the dumpster/container and maintained at all times
Dumpster/container must be placed in a legal parking space in front of the business or residence utilizing the container unless otherwise stated
Dumpster must be covered when not actively in use. It is the responsibility of the permit holder to make sure that materials placed in dumpsters do not blow away or leak onto the ground.
If the dumpster is to be placed in an alley, the permit holder must have contacted all businesses and residents and made arrangements to accommodate their alley access needs.
